What is the payment schedule?
Fees can be paid in installments: 40% at the time of admission, 30% at the start of second semester, and 30% at the start of third semester. Early payment discounts of up to 5% are available.
Are there scholarships available?
Yes, we offer merit-based scholarships ranging from 25% to 75% of tuition fees based on entrance exam scores and academic performance. Need-based financial aid is also available for eligible candidates.
What does the fee include?
The fee includes tuition, laboratory facilities, library access, IT infrastructure, placement assistance, industry visits, guest lectures, and extracurricular activities. No hidden charges are applicable.
Is there an additional hostel fee?
Yes, hostel charges are separate. Hostel fees range from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per year depending on room type (shared/single) and meals included. Day scholars do not need to pay hostel charges.
What is the refund policy?
If a student withdraws before the start of classes, 90% of fees paid are refunded. If withdrawal occurs within the first month, 50% refund is provided. No refunds are issued after the first month of classes.
Can I defer my admission?
Deferment of one year is available for approved cases. A processing fee of ₹5,000 is charged for deferment. You need to apply in writing with valid reasons for deferment approval.
What about special fees or additional charges?
There are no surprise charges. All mandatory fees are listed in the fee structure. Optional charges like sports, cultural events, or professional certifications are charged separately and are entirely optional.
Is there an alumni network fee?
Alumni association membership is complimentary for all graduates. However, premium services and life membership donations are optional. You can choose to contribute based on your capability.
